MT HOOD & THE
COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE

Let the Estacada Field Guide take you on an Adventure

If you’re looking for a hidden gem at the edge of Mt. Hood National Forest, look no further than the town of Estacada. Located along the Clackamas River, Estacada is the perfect escape for hiking and paddling, plus it has a delightful mix of public art, dining and craft brews, and boutique shops in its charming downtown.

Can’t wait to explore? Visit Estacada is here to help give you ideas on where to start! You can now get your hands on the Estacada Field Guide, which launched this summer. It’s a pocket-sized booklet packed with information to help you discover all of the local favorites at your fingertips. You’ll be able to peruse some of the areas favorite spots in the Field Guide, whether they’re a “scrumpy” cider, a newfound love of paddleboarding, or a giant mushroom. We won’t say more – you’ll want to visit Estacada to discover these wonders (and more) for yourself.

As if exploring this charming riverside community isn’t rewarding enough, there’s prizes to win too! You can earn a fun prize if you complete the Field Guide activities and submit a photo to Visit Estacada.

So head on out to Estacada soon and pick up a Field Guide at the Visitor Center at the Estacada Chamber of Commerce downtown, or at one of many participating businesses like the Mossy Rock or Spiral Gallery
