Listening Sessions with U.S. Forest Service ahead of HWY 224/Clackamas River Corridor Reopening

In partnership with the US Forest Service, the Mt. Hood & Columbia River Gorge Regional Tourism Alliance is hosting public listening sessions in April. These sessions are intended to provide a space for members of the public to share their values and hopes for this area as the Forest Service goes about the rebuilding and restoring process of the Clackamas Corridor. The kinds of questions we will be asking include:
- What are some of the activities or features you value most in the area?
- What do you want the Forest to keep in mind as they go about rebuilding and restoring the fire impacted areas?
- As the restoration process will take several years, what features of it are a priority for you?
